Shipping is worldwide and sent within 1 - 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from as little as £4.00. Larger items other than jewellery are sent by courier with a tracking number. All shipping rates are sent based on weight.
All Jewellery is shipped using Royal Mail. If you choose 'tracked & signed for', please make sure you add a shipping address where someone is available to sign for it. **PO Box addresses CANNOT BE accepted for this service**
You can choose your international shipping method from the two options listed at your cauldron checkout. For all jewellery, if you choose ‘Standard International Airmail,’ this service does NOT provide any tracking or insurance, although once I've shipped your item/s, you will receive a confirmation email/text message.
For US shipments we would expect your order to be with you within 5 - 10 working days, and the rest of the world should be between 7 - 10 WORKING DAYS (excluding the day of dispatch). However, due to the shipping network and items that are outside of our control, i.e. customs at receiving end, I ask that you allow up to a maximum of 30 WORKING DAYS for your order to get to you. I always obtain and keep proof of posting. I also always recommend the tracked and signed for service as this is the safest way of receiving your items.
What if I order an in stock item at the same time as a pre-order item?
In this case your order will be shipped together when the pre-order item comes in stock. If you would like the in stock items shipped immediately, please order separately from the pre-order item.
