How to Order on Realm of the Witch
Ordering from Realm of the Witch is very simple. All it takes is four clicks!
Select your country's currency in the top right hand corner of the website where you will see a flag. Scroll down to your country and click. That will automatically convert the price for you at today's exchange rate
Select the item/s you want to purchase
Add it to your shopping cauldron
Complete the Payment
**The currency converter will take you as far as checkout, but the checkout only accepts GBP currency, while you can change the currency on the website so you know how much your order will be, the amount taken will always be in GBP (Great British Pounds) only.**
I do everything I possibly can to ensure your shopping experience with me is a magical one and I hope to think that everyone would like to come back and shop with me again. Do you ship to my country?
I ship almost everywhere from the UK, (Second Class Signed For), USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, but I can and frequently do ship anywhere in the world.
All products are sent via Tracked Royal Mail.
Larger items weighing over 2kg are sent via courier with a tracking number within 1-3 days.
All shipping rates are sent based on weight and parcel size.
Customers are always advised that any import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
For US shipments we would expect your order to be with you within 5 - 10 working days, and the rest of the world should be between 7 - 10 working days (excluding day of dispatch).
However, due to the shipping network and items that are outside of our control, i.e. customs at receiving end, I ask that you allow up to a maximum of 30 working days (counting only Mon - Fri) for your order to get to you.
Orders for multiple items may be shipped in more than one box to keep shipping prices as low as possible.
What Currency Is Used To Make The Charge?
All transactions are based in British Pounds sterling.
If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
**Please be aware that some orders may be subject to customs fees/import tax. Any extra costs incurred at customs are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Realm of the Witch.**
What Happens Once I've Placed My Order?
This website's checkout only accepts GBP (British Pounds) currency, while you can change the currency on the website with the currency converter in the top right hand corner of the website, so you know how much your order will be, the amount taken will always be in GBP only.
Once completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or text message (depending on the information you provided at check out) containing relevant postal information.
What If I Order An In Stock Item At The Same Time As A PRE-ORDER Item?
In this case your order will be shipped together when the pre-order item comes in stock. If you would like the in stock items shipped immediately, please order separately from the pre-order item.
My catalogue is effectively this website, so I don't offer a paper catalogue at this time as new items are added on such a regular basis, a catalogue would be too costly to keep updating.
Returns and Exchanges
The only things I can not accept returns or exchanges are chains, earrings (for hygiene reasons) and sale items.
All returns must be authorised first. Authorisation must be obtained by email: support@realmofthewitch.net
All returns must be received 30 days from sale date, must have the original gift box, be in their original **brand-new never worn/used condition** along with the original invoice enclosed in your order.
All items returning from outside the UK must be sent via a tracked mail service and must state on the Customs Declaration Form that it is a 'RETURN' otherwise I will be made to pay customs fees that will be charged to you and deducted from your refund. Once you have posted your return back to Realm of the Witch, please email me the tracking number. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Realm of the Witch will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges on returns, and will also have to charge shipping and handling on exchanges, unless there has been an error on my part.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, I will examine the item(s) and then determine if a refund is appropriate.
Unclaimed Parcels
All parcels returned to Realm of the Witch as ‘Unclaimed’ or ‘Refused’, are subject to extra shipping costs to have them re-sent, and could be subject to return import fees.
If you choose to have the item refunded, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please, always check your tracking information if a parcel hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery date as it may have been returned to your local depot ready for you to collect or arrange a re-delivery.
